Hello is orange useful for the colon or not? or is it useful in other cases and cases not? should a certain amount be eaten in people with irritable bowel syndrome? what about orange juice?

Oranges are a good source of vitamin C, sugar and fiber. It is better to eat the fruit than drink orange juice. It may or may not help with IBS, you will need to try it out.
