I am 6 weeks pregnant , when i touch my stomach or rub it a tad bit its sore . what does that mean ? it isnt sharp pains or anything just sore to the touch?

That simply may be in response to the uterus getting larger. At this early stage it’s still too small to be actually felt above your pubic bone but you may have generalized tenderness due to changes in bowel or bladder function also. Not to be worried unless the pain gets so severe that you worry about a pregnancy in the tubes but that pain generally would be much more intense
