I get lumps on my testicle often but its never painful and fades away but right now the situation im going through is that i have no lumps on my testicle, but theres a one lump, little bigger than usual which is a little painful as well?

You may be experiencing cyst formations in the scrotum or epididymal tubes. Apparently one of them is irritated or inflamed. I recommend having an examination by your physician or a urologist for diagnosis and advice. Any appropriate testing such as an ultrasound will be ordered.
