Pulmonary Tuberculosis at any phase requires isolation and full treatment by a licensed DR. The Medical Exam for immigration only identifies problems so that they can be treated. Depending on your immigration status (refugee, asylum seeker), treatment can be completed either outside of the US or in a US facility.
