The doctors said i had a chemical pregnancy about 2 weeks ago but i never passed any tissue just some spotting w/ tiny clots maybe 1 or 2 each time i pick up something heavy or exercise. this is still happening and my lmp was june 5. what could it be?

It is likely that you had spontaneous loss of an early pregnancy, which is not uncommon. About 25% of early pregnancies are lost, mostly due to chromosomal defects in the embryo. Usually the only manifestation is a slightly heavy, delayed period. Wish you good health!
