Unclear question: Not sure exactly what you are asking with all the abbreviations. I think you are saying you had a sonogram which showed a sac but no fetus and the doctor recommended repeat the sonogram later on to see if this is a miscarriage or not. I agree with that advice. If you are now bleeding then this increases the odds of a nonviable pregnancy
