Is celexa helpful for depersonalization (dp) ? does b12 deficiency play an important role to this problem? is it okay to take both of them together? will celexa stop my bad thoughts? should it worsen my dp the first 1-2 weeks?

Important questions for sure. Celexa is an antidepressant and helps with mood and anxiety. Not sure of the depersonalization and not sure what the bad thoughts are. I hope that in conjunction with the medication you have a therapist to work with on these issues.
