Woke up with testicle pain and pain went away after drink fluids. no sensation in testicle even when squeezed. cold to touch. ultrasound was normal. orchiopexy done. still no sensations. diagnosed as a bacterial infection. is my testicle dead?

Very puzzling why you had orchiopexy. Diagnosis of bacterial infection in your testicle seems questionable. When you 'touch' you are not touching the testicle but the scrotal skin as the testicle is inside. Normal ultra sound implies that the testicle is not 'dead'. In my opinion you ought to have a thorough Urologic exam at an Academic institution as it might give you a second opinion. Good luc
