Some years ago (5 r more) by some reasons my dog lick my private part.at that tym i feel nice(plzdont getme wrong)so i let mydog 5min and i realize &feelguilty & dont repeat dat mistake again.is there any disease occur by mydog(not rabid) saliva?

Do not worry. Five years is more than long enough for any disease you would have caught from the incident to become obvious. You do not need to feel guilty either. Dogs lick their partners all the time.
