See your Dentist: Or orthodontist. Braces are designed to "loosen" teeth and then when they are moved into the correct position, the retainers, help to hold the teeth in place to "solidify" them into your jawbone. That is why you must wear your retainers for a long time. But see your dentist if you got punched, as it could have damaged the braces or you could have a broken tooth or teeth.

This is normal: First, it is normal for teeth to feel loose as they are moving thru the bone. They will tighten up again once. You wear your retainers. If you have trauma, or get hit in the mouth report this to your orthodontist. Now it is important that you have a healthy diet and do a great job cleaning your teeth so they are heathy when your braces are finished.
