If you have significant discomfort with bowel movement, only liquid coming out, you may have fecal impaction. You may need to go to urgent care or ER for manual disimpaction.

If you have the urge and can't move you could try a dulcolax rectal suppository and/or a soapsuds or molasses enema. If you're experiencing severe abdominal cramps or abdominal distension you'll have to be examined for fecal impaction which requires manual disimpaction. Get examined by a physician or in the hospital emergency room depending upon the severity of any abdominal symptoms
