Recent spells of dizziness followed by weakness for the last two days. recently felt tired even after normal sleep length. no addictions or history.

Weakness: If the dizziness is a lightheadedness and is associated with weakness and fatigue, causes include anemia, low blood pressure, slow heart rate, underactive thyroid, etc. If symptoms persist you have to be examined by your physician. Inner ear disorder causes vertigo but weakness and fatigue are usually not prominent.
