I feel flushed/warm all over but no fever. nausea that comes and goes, two uti tests negative no pain when urinate. could this still be infection? dont want to take antibiotics unnecessarily?

Your symptoms are not typical of a urinary infection, and with 2 negative tests, it is really unlikely. See your family doctor for evaluation
