I recently had my gallbladder taken out a week ago today and i mustve ate something that is giving me extremely bad heartburn right now and im wondering if i can take something over the counter like tums to help relieve that?

There is not any harm in trying an antacid such as Tums, however, if the pain is persistent, you should see the surgeon who tok out the gall bladder
