21 years, female, lower right pain for two days now. extremely nauseated. tums (calcium carbonate) and antacids made worst and vomited. gallbladder removed 2 years ago.

More Info???: RLQ pain in a female most likely could be appendix or ovarian as the source. Other things are possible, but those are at the top of the list. See your doctor or go to the ED if the symptoms are bad or if they persist.
