I had a rhinoplasty 3 days ago, i really wanted round nostrils but my doctor said its impossible because in order to raise the tip the nostrils should have a pyramid look. i hate how my nostrils look, can a retainer make them rounded?

no the elevation of the tip will narrow the nostrils unless the lateral ala is tacked out but still it will have a pyramidal look rounded nostrils are not a surgical goal

No. A retainers function is to stabilize an Orthodontic result. It is not a plastic surgical substitute.
