Without more history this is tough. You are young but I would get a physical and make sure that you do not have any cardiac issues.

Appears that pain generator is near or within shoulder joint. Would suspect, if shoulder joint unaffected, that source of pain is within brachial plexus. This could raise questions of acute brachial plexitis, such as Parsonage-Turner Syndrome, or even Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.
