Please tell me the reason for checking blood sugar. Were you having symptoms of low blood sugar like tiredness, sleepy, extreme Hungar? Also why not eat proper food instead of iced coffee. 72 mg /dL is little low for random blood sugar and you should see an internist or an endocrinologist to find cause for hypoglycemia. Eat something when this happens. Hope it helps.
