I sometimes have a 28 or 30 days cycle but recently i had a 27 days cycle. what could be the reason, i thought it's maybe because i'm treating an infection recently but i'm not sure. i'm currently taking fluconazole and cefroxime?

The difference between 27 and 28 days for a menstrual cycle in not a meaningful difference. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
