If by "periods for 21 days" is meant you had bleeding for 21 days, bleeding and spotting can indicate pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). Obtain a serum HCG to be certain about pregnancy, and if positive, see your gyn physician as soon as possible, as this may require immediate attention.
