It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Is this extra flesh new or has it been there. If you are sexually active, you need to be tested for pelvic inflammatory disease. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a gynecologist. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
