Many causes: clitoris pain can occur due to inection in the clitoris (not urinary tract infection, local infection) trauma such as rough sexual intercourse. Your best bet is to contact your gyn for a good evaluation.

Unsure: If that symptom persists you should see your doctor or see a urologist. There are conditions related to the bladder that can present as you describe without having an actual bacterial urinary tract infection. A urologist would usually be able to diagnose and treat those conditions.
