A member asked:

Are there herbs that help in treating or alleviating lactose intolerance, and if there , what they are?

Lactose intolerance is triggered by the inability to create the enzyme needed to breakdown lactose sugar, the sugar common to milk products. If you don't break it down in digestion, germs in your gut do producing gas/cramps/acidic& loose poop. Herbs have nothing to offer with this problem. Companies make the enzyme you can take in pill form or you just avoid lactose containing foods.
