What can we give a lactose intolerant one year old to relieve pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Avoid lactose: There are lactose free milk, and I would give that to the child and avoid regular milk. If the child did drink regular milk and has discomfort , consider giving acetaminophen or ibuprofen .
