Plantar fasciitis : Is a common diagnosis for heel pain. When one combines the other conditions mentioned, there are autoimmune dissorders that come to mind. A very common autoimmune condition inclueds RA (rheumatoid arthritis) and the panus that could associated with it. Additional tests are indicated. See you physician for other tests.
