If u get a blood transfusion from a person who has undiagnosed blood cancer and you are already immune suppressed and hence you end up getting that blood cancer. will the oncologist be able to tell that the blood cancer cells are from a foreign body?

"Getting blood cancer through transfusion" is a wrong pretense.

You will not get cancer through blood transfusion. You can reduce your risk of cancer by adopting healthy habits: Eat a mostly vegetarian diet, avoid alcohol, tobacco and street drugs, avoid excessive exposure to sun, get HPV vaccine, exercise 30 minutes each day, drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
