Gastric cancer that has spread to bones I pelvis, spine and legs. Very low blood count. Transfusions not working due to bone marrow being affected.
What blood results would be affect by cancer? My Dr's aren't concerned about my results but I am. My mean cell hb is low at 23.6. Platelets high at 463. C-reactive protein high at 8. I've been bleeding for 5 months but other bloods dont show anaemia?
Achy/weak at times, platelets dip low at times (96k at lowest). Spleen ok, all other blood work ok. Does early cancer or leukemia present like this?
