NSAIDs: Like advil or aleve or celebrex, etc can cause platelet aggregation and have despite low, the propensity to cause heart attack or stroke. Who are at more risk are the ones who need Aspirin for protection who have preexisting risk. These medicines counteract the protective effect of aspirin. Tylenol (acetaminophen) does not belong to this class.
