I have swelling/bloating (idk) mainly in my shoulders and upper arms but it extends up and down to my feet. chest pain. abdominal pain, popping, tingling in head. and when i sneeze pain shoots down my arm(s). unable to exercise. at all. whats wrong?

Complex. Your symptoms may have a single source or multiple sources. You require a complete examination, thorough history, possibly imaging, possibly lab tests. Rule oif thumb, all chest pain should be evaluated. See your GP or Urgent Care if you don't have a GP.
