An apparent "benign lesion" in the breast while pregnant may simply represent the effects of the hormones in pregnancy on breast tissue. Suspicious lesions on digital mammograms show as spicules of calcium deposits, so check with your OB physician who ordered the mammogram for guidance, as he/she knows your entire medical history.
