Chest pain should be evaluated in the ER to be sure it is not from something serious. Chest pain that increases with deep breathing or some movements is usually not from the heart but an EKG should be done to be certain. Other possibilities include lung issues (like blood clot, pneumonia, etc,) musculoskeletal like rib fracture, cartilage inflammation, etc. The only way to be sure is to go to ER!

Heart (cardiac) pain is usually not aggravated with breathing. Your pain is from the thorax but I could not say more because of limited info. Pain in thorax could be from lung(s) which is usually associated with cough +/- shortness of breath or from chest wall which can be elicited by touch/palpation or it could be the initial symptom of shingles if the pain in one certain area before the rash.

Although this may be a pinched nerve in the rib cage, strain or other minor musculoskeletal inflammation, I recommend getting checked out in the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation & testing are available. The symptoms are not typical of coronary artery disease but possible causes are pericarditis, pleurisy, early pneumonia, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax.
