See Doctor: Hmmm. That is an unusual combination. The chills/shakes/sweats suggest an infectious process, even w/o noticeable fever, but the hives suggest an allergic reaction. It is possible you are mis-identifying the "hives, " and should be examined to see what is going on.

Depends: Do you take a med in the evening? Some people react to Aspirin this way. You probably need to see a dermatologist. Meanwhile you could try an antihistamine such as claratin or zyrtec (cetirizine). Rotten fish could also be suspect.
