A member asked:

Can prednisone help to take inflammation from ear if you have tmj?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Prednisone can reduce inflammation of the TMJ and of an ear canal afflicted with eczema. Apart from that I see no effect of reducing inflammation of other ear structures unless you're treating acute ear drum inflammation/infection causing actual earache
