Are gas-x, carafate, and tums safe to take if pregnant (too soon to know if i am yet)? my gi specialist said talk to obgyn, but i asked a bunch this week. can i pick the worst symptom & treat. i'm cramping like menstrual & gassy. not usually this bad?
