i am 28 weeks pregnant an experiencing extreme gas pains. i've tried walking around and a couple yoga positions. still didn't work. can i take tums (calcium carbonate)?

I wouldn't: Pregnancy is delicate and adding medicines can sometimes interfere with this balance. Tums (calcium carbonate) is category C which means it may not be safe in pregnancy. I would see your doctor to check the baby inside and check your urine for infection. Good luck
