For the paid online chats, do you get to pick which dr. you want to speak to? also, are the video chats recorded and kept in your records? thanks?

If you opt to connect to a doctor right away, you will not get to choose the doctor but you will be connected to the first available doctor. If you choose to select an internal medicine doctor (if available in your state), you will make an appointment with the doctor of your choosing and see the same doctor ongoing.
