Treatment: If someone is a vet and has limited resources the VA may be their best bet as many centers have addiction medicine programs. I would also recommend checking with the link I posted previously for resources. Also, NA and Smart Recovery do online meetings. I misunderstood your post as a request for general information not treatment. I do not think addiction treatment is possible through HealthTap.
