I punched myself in the abdomen/stomach to test how strong i am for boxing. i didnt flex my stomach when i punched myself and the pain lasted only about a minute then subsided. i don't have any brusing or current pain. will i internally bleed?

The likelihood of bleeding in the abdomen following a self-motivated punch is extremely low. This is because the bleeding occurs only if you hurt/injure your Liver or spleen, neither of which is in the way of your self punching of the mid- abdomen. Lack of pain is a good indicator that you have not done any damage to your abdominal organs.
