A 24-year-old female asked:

Can applying hand sanitizer (70% alcohol based) and wiping with sanitizing towels works as well to kill sperm in hands as washing them with soap and water?

Yes they are fragile. They like body temperature & the moisture/mucus lining the inside of the female genital tract. Once they are exposed to drying/water/sanitizer/soaps they become incapacitated quickly.
