I am glad that you have booked a GYN MD appointment for this problem as it is not a "stupid" reason for doing so. There is a condition called a congenital malformation (fistula) where there is an abnormal opening between the urethra/bladder and the vagina. Please give details to your MD visit for the appropriate testing needed.
