Post-void dribble: Keeping thighs together with urination can cause labia to trap urine in vagina, this is released after standing up. Can be avoided by pulling underpants down to ankles & widely speading thighs with urination. Some women have so called strss urinary incontinence, causing minor urine leak with coughing, sneezing or jumping, helped by performing Kegel exercises or possible urogynecology consultation
