Yes, would be concerned. Spontaneous bruising (occurring without an obvious injury) or bruising in the mouth CAN be a symptom of a low platelet count. Platelets are responsible for helping your blood to clot normally. Low platelets can (uncommonly) be caused by the coronavirus vaccine. Get a blood test (CBC) TODAY.
