The numbers by themselves suggest diastolic hypertension and a rapid heart rate. The context of why/when/how the numbers were generated are important to any statement of health. They may reflect someone just nervous about an exam/testing. They also may represent real & worrisome findings. When you post on this site the more detail you provide the more likely we can provide a reasoned response.

your heart rate is a little on the fast side, should be in the 60-80's range while resting. You diastolic BP (91) is also high. I would make an appointment with your pmd

Question for you: did you happen to exercise or consume caffeine within half an hour before taking those values? Those are considered high for resting blood pressure and heart rate, but to get true resting values, ensure that you haven’t exercised in the last half hour and have been sitting for at least five minutes. If those are true, resting values, it’ll be good to share them with your doctor.
