Yes.: A "good" blood pressure is one that supports adequate circulation, and is not high enough to be considered abnormal, generally around 135/80, depending on whether or not you have certain cardiovascular risk factors such as diabetes or coronary heart disease, or kidney disease. If you are having no symptoms such as dizziness (especially upon standing), then your blood pressure is fine.
