Staying at home can result in multiple problems. A sedentary lifestyle (especially if filled with TV and Video games) can cause obesity, muscle mass loss and heart problems. Isolation (lack of in person social interactions) can cause emotional problems, including depression, anxiety and insomnia. Lack of sunlight is the least of your problems. 15 minutes per day is more than enough.
