You may be carrying a resistant staph germ in your nasal passages & re-infecting yourself over time. Cephalexin is less active than Bactrim on many strains of resistant staph. You need to treat again and may benefit from placing a small dab of triple antibiotic ointment at the front of your nasal passages 2x/d while in treatment. This can be fixed with effort.
