40 weeks pregnant- toenails turns blue every morning when i sit or shower. thumbs turn blue when i shower. it do go away right after for the rest of the day. doctor told me its normal. my spo2 levels are 98%. should i worry? is this normal?

Please see your OB and PCP, the blue color may indicate poor circulation locally, and there are several possible conditions. Elevate legs, rest and watch for shortness of breath, swelling and pain.
