I read on a website that scientists discovered that hiv can be dormant in body so much that it cannot be detected by standard hiv test until after 3 1/2 years after exposure, & only be detected by pcr rna. i did a pcr rna 1wk ago after 9mths exposure?

That is exceedingly rare, if it occurs at all. You do not have HIV. Move on without worry.
