It is an upper respiratory infection rather than a sinus infection alone, likely viral in origin, but I am surprised that you only have symptoms on the right side only. You can take the common cold medications OTC for the symptoms. If you are at risk for Covid-19 or you do not have vaccine yet, test should be done although these symptoms are atypical in Covid-19 infection.
