Nose bleed: Nosebleeds may be due to a variety of reasons. You may have a cold or nasal allergy in which the mucus in your nose erodes the capillaries in your nose to cause your nose bleeds. Try using saline gel to moisturize your nostrils. Using a vaporizer while sleeping is also helpful. Another cause, of course, is high blood pressure.
